This 12-hr course can be court ordered, or Florida required for driver’s license reinstatement due to: Habitual Offender, DL Point Suspension, or DHSMV Required.
To be suspended for points, a driver accumulates:
- 12-points within 12-months (30-day suspension)
- 18-points within 18-months (3-month suspension)
- 24-points within 36-months (1-year suspension)
Drivers have 90-days from the citation date to complete the required traffic school course, or the driving privilege will be cancelled. The driver license will remain canceled until course completion is satisfied.
